The Speleology Center "Karsa," founded by Erikas Laiconas in 2018, is based on the Speleo-Info-Center and includes the first Speleology Museum in Lithuania and a collection of Mythological Sculptures.
The museum's exhibits (>1000 items) can be broadly categorized into three groups:
Speleological Exhibits: Although not extensive, this is one of the most comprehensive collections of its kind in Lithuania, featuring some unique examples within the country. Highlights include the largest calcite and gypsum crystals from Lithuanian caves, examples of speleological equipment used by pioneers of new speleology in Lithuania, and more. This collection was gathered over many years of speleological work in Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, and beyond.
Ethnographic Exhibits: This section includes household items and agricultural tools collected from the Laicon family’s homesteads in Išlestakiai and Burbiškiai, as well as from Burbiškiai village (Jurbarkas District). Some items were also brought from the grandparents’ homestead in Biržai District.
