Rukai Evangelical Lutheran Church

This church is shared by both the Rukai Evangelical Lutheran parish and the Rukai St. Anthony of Padua Catholic parish under the Diocese of Telšiai.

Recently, the local Lutheran parish has become too small to maintain the church on its own. After the war, the area saw an influx of people who were mostly Catholics and had not had their own church, despite establishing a Catholic parish. As a result, the Rukai church has become a place of worship for both Roman Catholics and Evangelical Lutherans.
