On December 15, 2023, the "Goose Museum" was opened in Pagėgiai. The museum features an extensive collection of items related to geese, along with fascinating stories. The main part of the museum's exhibits, which inspired its establishment, was donated by Laima Andersson, a Lithuanian living in Sweden. Visitors to this museum will learn the entire story firsthand, be amazed by the exhibits, and discover many interesting things, from down and feathers to goose-related currency.
