The Church of St. Joachim in Pajūralis features elements of both Neo-Gothic and Neo-Classical architecture. It has a rectangular plan and a single tower. The church contains four altars, and its churchyard is enclosed by a fence. In the cemetery, Father Julius Budrikis (1912–1984), who was exiled from 1956 to 1959 and chose to remain in exile voluntarily, is buried.
