While the cemetery may not be considered a typical tourist attraction, it draws attention due to several notable features. The large trees enveloping some of the crosses create a striking visual. Equally intriguing are the crosses with well-preserved Lithuanian inscriptions, such as "Czion ilsis Dieweje musu milims Tewas…" These and similar inscriptions are cast into ornate, durable metal crosses, with dates extending back to the 19th century. The cemetery also includes a number of Prussian crosses.
