Kaltinėnai Resurrection of the Nation Cross

The Resurrection of the Nation Cross in Kaltinėnai stands as one of the most prominent features of the Spirituality Park, reaching a height of 19 meters. This white cross was erected in 1990 at the initiative of Father Petras Linkevičius, the local priest of Kaltinėnai Church. Designed by the Kaunas artist Juozas Rupšys, the cross symbolizes the revival of the nation in 1990. It also serves as the final station of the unique Stations of the Cross, each sculpted from stone by various Lithuanian artists. From this location, visitors can enjoy a stunning panoramic view.
